Miguel Lizardo currently serves as Vice President of Outsource Special Inspections.
Prior to joining Outsource Special Inspections (OSI), Miguel served in variety of roles with OSI’s sister company, Outsource Consultants, including field technician, certificate of occupancy manager, and sign-off coordinator. This wide-ranging experience gives Miguel a broad perspective directing special inspections projects.
Miguel’s extensive knowledge of inspections procedure is the bedrock of Outsource Special Inspections. With over 20 years of experience, Miguel has learned the complex mechanics of the Department of Buildings permit and inspections process. An exceptional leader and organizer, Miguel effortlessly handles multiple projects of wide ranging scopes.
